Personal Training, Walking Programs and Training Schedules, Lifestyle Counseling
Our home based fitness programs are tailored to your personal needs and provide a balance of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. We focus on outdoor aerobic exercise such as walking or running. Indoor alternatives can replace outdoor exercise in the event of inclement weather, time constraints, child care issues, etc. Our personal training service includes:
- Fitness evaluation, including body fat analysis
- Goal setting
- Customized training program
- Weekly sessions with trainer (flexible plans, you can choose to meet more or less frequently)
- Motivational support and workout reminders
- Training tips and access to your trainer via e-mail
- Service area includes Cedar Hill, Duncanville, DeSoto, Ovilla, Glen Heights, and Red Oak Texas
Our e-mail training programs are designed for individuals that would like a custom training schedule and the assistance of a personal trainer, but do not live within our service area. E-mail programs include:
- Fitness evaluation and goal setting
- Customized training program and training tips
- Weekly e-mail consultation (flexible plans, you can choose a premier program with additional e-mail access)
- Motivational support, workout reminders, and training tips
Additional services:
- Customized training schedules for walkers training for events (5k to marathon or mulit-day events)
- Fitness Walking and Introduction to Racewalking Classes for individuals or groups (friends, clubs, community centers, businesses, etc.) can be scheduled at most locations in the Dallas area. Click here for current classes open to the public.
